What I use for managing dry skin

I’ve tried quite a few different things to balance the health of my skin. I know that skin issues are a reflection of something else going on inside my body, and focusing on healing from the inside out is key. However, there are certain tools we can use to help with dry or inflamed skin in general.

Shower Filter.png

Did you know that most tap water contains neurotoxins like fluoride, other people's pharmaceutical residue and so many other chemicals? The skin absorbs what you put on it, making the type of water we shower with important. I like this shower filter because it filters out heavy metals, fluoride, pharmaceuticals, lead, plus 200+ chemicals and contaminants. You can find it here.

Now this has been key in helping me manage the anxiety and stress that can lead to skin flare ups. Kratom is a plant medicine from Asia that helps with pain, energy and relaxation. You can get a free ounce here!

Zaza's Body Butter

I make this stuff! Tired of reading moisturizer ingredient labels laden with chemicals at the store, I decided to make my own body butter, knowing that everything I put in it is clean, safe and natural. Send me an email or IG message to get luscious skin!

Exfoliate With a Luffa

Nature's perfect sponge: the luffa! While many other luffas undergo harsh chemical processing, these are excellent quality luffas grown and processed with organic practices, making them free of harsh chemicals and soft on the skin. Send me an email or IG message to purchase!
